This is a really nice and cushiony insole. they need to be cut to size for a perfect fit. in fact they feel quite nice on my feet. I put them in an old pair of sneakers and you feel comfortable as new new. I love the two tone color, not that you'll see much. the slab is not too thick, which is good for me because I had problems with thicker slabs makes it difficult for my foot to fit inside my shoes; I have big feet. These certainly have added a little extra spring in my step. I am very pleased with these and my feet like them too. I got this service for free in Exchange for an honest review.
